When you use our travel planning service you will be talking directly with us and we will provide you with all of the following based on your travel preferences from budget to luxury.

How does it work?

We provide two types of custom travel planning: a one-hour travel plan consultation, and a customized travel itinerary specifically designed for you.

Step One – Contact us and let us know whether you’re interested in a one-hour travel planning consultation or a customized travel itinerary. Tell us your dream holiday destination(s), along with your estimated budget and preferred travel duration. Please let us know your travel preferences, such as whether you prefer a private driver or public transportation. Are you interested in luxury, mid-range, or budget travel? Additionally, tell us about the activities you enjoy and dislike, as well as any specific requirements or desires you have for your trip.

Step Two – We will respond to your email with some follow-up questions. If you decide to proceed, we will send you an invoice along with options for available consultation times. Payment is done through PayPal.

Step Three – Once payment is completed, we will have a consultation session through a video call using either Skype or Zoom. During the one-hour travel planning session, we will cover top attractions, recommended cities/towns to visit, a guided tour or a self-guided experience, visa considerations, transportation options, and address any questions you may have. After two days we will send you a PDF with all subjects that were discussed in our meeting. Step four continues with customers looking for a customized travel itinerary.

Step Four – Sit back and relax while we create your customized travel itinerary. We’ll present you with your finished itinerary including flight options, accommodations, daily activities, and transportation. You complete your planning by booking directly with each venue, with direct links clearly highlighted in your itinerary. This gives you the freedom to change your activity times as you wish, and keeps you in charge of exactly how much you spend! Because we do not offer inflated travel packages, we will find you the lowest cost for each booking. A simple few clicks of your own helps you to SAVE LOTS OF MONEY!

Custom Travel Planning Prices

A one-hour travel plan consultation – The fee for travel consultation is $100 per hour. Please note that this amount includes the time we will spend conducting research before our hour-long discussion. During the consultation hour, we will cover a variety of topics, including recommended destinations, must-see attractions, visa requirements, the need for a SIM card, available transportation options, and many more travel tips.

Therefore, the $100 covers all the time dedicated to addressing your questions.

Customized travel itinerary – Following a one-hour travel plan consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to continue our travel planning with a personalized travel itinerary.

This itinerary will entail a day-by-day plan starting from the moment you arrive at the airport until your departure day. It will include accommodation options that align with your budget and preferences, such as those that offer breakfast, pool, or spa facilities. You’ll also find details on transportation to your next destination, along with extra travel tips.

Prices start at $200 for a 7-day itinerary, with additional days available for $60 each.
